Telangana as seperate state, any advantages?

Political temperatures are rising over the issue of separate state of Telangana as the Congress and its ally, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS), are unable to agree on what had been agreed upon while forging an electoral alliance. While the TRS has been claiming that Telangana would be a reality by December on the basis of an assurance given by Congress President Sonia Gandhi, the Congress has been denying it. This impression created by TRS President and Union minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been sought to be corrected by the Congress. AICC General Secretary and Andhra Pradesh in-charge Digvijay Singh, dismissed it as “politics of name-dropping”.The differences between the two parties boil down to one issue. Should the creation of Telangana be referred to a Second States’ Reorganisation Commission (SRC) that the Congress has promised to set up? Or should the issue of Telangana be removed from the purview of the second SRC and decided on the basis of the first SRC which recommended that Telangana should be a separate state? (This recommendation was not accepted following the death of Potti Sriramulu who went on a hunger strike demanding creation of a larger Telugu state by merging Telangana and Andhra which comprised coastal and Rayalaseema regions). While the TRS claims that the Congress high command, meaning Ms Sonia Gandhi, had given it an assurance on the creation of Telangana without referring it to a second SRC as demanded by it (TRS), state Congress leaders, led by Chief Minister Y S Rajashekhar Reddy, deny any such assurance. The inclusion of Telangana in the common minimum programme of the National Progressive Alliance seemed to bear out the TRS claim. Not viable: YSR However, of late, the Congress seems to have decided to take the TRS by its horns. YSR has openly come out in support of larger states saying smaller states were not viable for economic development. He was categorical that the issue for Telangana should be referred to the second SRC.YSR seems to have convinced the Congress high command, going by the pronouncement of Mr Digvijay Singh that the Congress stood by the Congress Working Committee resolution of October 30, 2001, which recommended a second SRC to go into the demand for smaller states. During his visit here early this week, Mr Singh said, “The CWC resolution still holds good and this is its view.” As for KCR’s claim of Ms Gandhi’s assurance on creating Telangana state without reference to a second SRC, Mr Singh was sceptical. “I don’t think so...even the president clearly stated that formation of separate Telangana should be through consultation and consensus,” he said referring to President Abdul Kalam’s address to Parliament after the new government took over at the Centre. The TRS has threatened to break off the alliance if the Congress high command “betrayed” its trust and went back on its promise. TRS Vice- President and Union Minister A Narendra said that there was consensus among the top Congress leaders including Ms Gandhi, Dr Manmohan Singh, Mr Pranab Mukherjee and Ms Ambika Soni over Telangana State. KCR said: “I will not allow the Congress to live in peace until a separate Telangana state is achieved.” .please tell me your opinions do you think are there any advantges of dividing the state, if so who will get benefitted and why?

Hi,

Once again after crash Nifty has started going up. Now we suggest all rises should be used as an opportunity to exit old long positions.
This bull run will continue for few more days. Overall market is in bearish mood as in medium term its just a small rally due to short covering
and result season.

Happy Trading,

Stocks extended gains Wednesday in line with Asian peers. Strong gains in high-beta sectors like capital goods and metals led the up move.

Bombay Stock Exchange’s Sensex was at 13979, higher by 125 points while National Stock Exchange’s Nifty rose 78 points to 4052.45.

“We had a party Tuesday in the markets. Sensex rose just 3%, scores of derivative and midcaps surged like there is no tomorrow. Average gains in 183 derivatives http://www.puntercalls.com/stock%20trading.html were about 5%. Markets will need to digest such heady gains before it moves further. 14200 is next resistance and 13600 is support for the Sensex

Hey,
Current stock market conditions are not favorable for safe investors. Market is trading highly volatile. Never ignore using stoploss while doing stock market trading.
Day traders should keep very close eye on Nifty and its important levels so that traders can earn money rather than losing it.

Keep posting

Nice blog would like to add that NSE and BSE are one of the most superior stock exchanges of India. If you wish to earn good money from the share market then you need to understand the functionality of the stock market properly.

Indian stock market offers lot of earning opportunities still many less traders earn from it. Now the question is who earns from the share trading? To be honest only those who rely on stock research as no one can earn big by speculating in the market.

Nice and quite useful blog. Would like to say that stock market hardly gives any second chance. Once opportunity lost means it’s gone forever. Now the biggest question is how to grab trading opportunities every time we trade?
Well here comes the technical analyses handy. Just rely on research rather than your guts feeling and one should stop speculating in the Share market.
Follow few basic trading rules and we are sure one can earn huge amount in the Indian stock market only by trading in NSE and BSE
